Our experience with Ecoh Media was excellent. We engaged them as consultants to help our internal team during a project, and they "held our hand" throughout in such a way that we were able to get the project started and completed on our own, but with their support. The consultant assigned to us was extremely knowledgeable and was able to also guide us through a preparedness checklist for the project before we proceeded. They responded to email promptly, and were available for videoconferences to discuss complications as they arose. In the very few cases in which our partner was not immediately knowledgeable of a situation, they would return to us a few days later after having run a simulation in-house, along with a possible solution. Their knowledge of Tableau is full and complete from both the administration/implementation side, as well as the engineering and front end side.
