Overall working with this partner was a good experience. Some constructive feedback, there were too many team members involved, the communication style was overkill each meeting, we seemed to go over the obvious each time and re-hash the same things. the time could have been better served gaining a better understanding of how our business worked and asking more discovery questions. With that said it was a limited engagement so I understand that on a big scale project that the structure they utilized would have been more appropriate. The team was helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful.
