Our consultants do a great job understanding requirements before diving in. They ask the right questions upfront and keep us well-informed throughout, including timely updates, risk flags, and proof of concepts. As a nonprofit still early in our Salesforce journey (under five years), we don't always know what we don't know. We'd love for our consultants to more proactively recommend ways to improve how we're using Salesforce by drawing on their experience with other orgs to surface opportunities we might not think to ask about. Right now, most of the relationship is driven from our end, and we tend to engage reactively when a pain point comes up. It would be a big value-add if the consulting team could help us shift to a more proactive posture together.
