Elevate Actual helped us to expand capacity by providing custom solutions for our Service Cloud and Education Cloud implementation. They built end-to-end automations for several unique teams. They also helped us build an Experience Cloud site and associated flows, layouts, and permissions, under a tight timeline and met all of the requirements for our end users. Elevate Actual's team was always responsive and helpful, going above expectations with excellent documentation and admin training. Their team is extremely knowledgeable in the higher ed space and beyond. I would definitely work with them again on any Salesforce project.

Aside from technical expertise (which is deep!), the team at ElevateActual had creative solutions to several of our Salesforce business process issues. Their communication was excellent. They were able to explain technical issues and solutions in language a layperson can understand. They were always very quick to respond and, if needed, jump on a video call to sort through a solution.
