Amazon Quick is AWS's AI-powered workspace for knowledge workers. This integration connects Amazon Quick to your Salesforce org so your team can work with CRM data conversationally. What you can do: • Search and summarize accounts, opportunities, cases, and any Salesforce object in natural language. • Create and update records from chat — every write action is presented for explicit user review and approval before execution. • Automate multi-step CRM workflows combining Salesforce with 50+ other Amazon Quick connectors (Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and more). How it works: Amazon Quick connects through Salesforce's hosted Headless 360 MCP server using OAuth 2.0. Users authenticate with their own Salesforce identity, so every operation is executed under the user's existing permissions and sharing rules — Amazon Quick never bypasses your org's security model. The package installs no code in your org: it contains only the OAuth connected-app definition (External Client App). There are no Apex classes, no Lightning components, and no scheduled jobs.
