Additional Details

This case submission form is built in Flow, and can be used both on Experience Cloud portals and within the Service Console. Before the user definitively submits a new case, Einstein Article Recommendations will check whether there are any articles that solve their problem. If so, the case can immediately be closed with the status "Deflected", and your agents will never have to look at it.
