Finally found what we were looking for
We have been searching for a solution like this for quite some time. After testing several other products on the AppExchange, we often found them either too complex or lacking the specific flexibility we required. This app actually hits the sweet spot. It provides the exact features we were looking for without all the unnecessary clutter. I’m really looking forward to seeing my sales team use this at our next trade shows and events—it’s clearly going to make their lives a lot easier on the floor. If you've been struggling with clunky event tools, this one is definitely worth a try.
Not good
Installed the app, paid and tried using it. Got the last name wrong and couldn't handle the middle initial. Not good. I can't even figure out how to uninstall it.

Our card reader uses Salesforce native APIs to scan and extract text from business cards, such as first name and other fields. Our functional team has tested this functionality many times and has been able to scan cards successfully. If you are experiencing difficulties reading certain fields, this is most likely related to the underlying Salesforce APIs. We would be more than happy to investigate the issue together. If possible, please share the business card you are trying to scan so that we can analyze the problem in more detail. We would like to point out that the install and uninstall process is totally managed by Salesforce as referenced in the terms and conditions, and we are not eligible to drive those screens.
