Built by a Salesforce Admin Who Needed It DirGen was created by a Salesforce administrator who needed a simple way to generate photo directories. The data was already in the org: names, photos, contact details. But getting it into a printable directory meant exporting and assembling everything manually. DirGen keeps the entire process inside Salesforce, from data source to finished PDF. How It Works: Select any tabular or summary report. Choose from three professional templates. Map your fields. Click Generate and download a print-ready PDF in minutes. Three Templates: 9-Up Grid (nine per page), Roster List (compact layout), and Full-Page Profile (one per page with large photo). All tested with 1,000+ records. Smart Photo Handling: Automatically detects and optimizes images from Rich Text Area fields and Salesforce Files. No manual photo insertion. No broken images. Saved Configurations: Save directory setups as custom objects. Regenerate with one click. Accessible to Agentforce for automated regeneration on any schedule.
