We successfully manage billing for multiple legal entities directly within Salesforce using Finblick. The implementation was smooth, and the Finblick team provided great support during the migration from our previous accounting system. We particularly benefit from features such as prepaid invoices, credit notes, and automated invoice reminders. The bank integration works reliably, giving us up-to-date visibility of transactions, and the DATEV integration ensures seamless synchronization with our accounting workflows.

Finblick hat unsere Prozesse in Salesforce (und der Schnittstelle zu DATEV) grundlegend vereinfacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die DATEV-Kontenfindung je Belegposition. Der direkte DATEV-Transfer via Rechnungsdatenservice ermöglicht den Export direkt in DATEV Rechnungswesen – ideal für selbstbuchende Unternehmen. Ein echter Mehrwert ist für uns das Gutschriftverfahren (Self-Billing Invoices): Wir können kreditorische Gutschriften an Lieferanten direkt aus Salesforce heraus freigeben, erstellen, versenden, ohne Medienbruch, ohne Umwege. Der kaufmännische Beleg-Flow von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Rechnungen wird durch Finblick grundsolide und GoBD-konform abgebildet. Für Unternehmen, die Salesforce und DATEV gemeinsam einsetzen, gibt es derzeit meiner Meinung nach keine bessere Lösung. Der Support ist super und mega kompetent. Alles in allem: Klare Empfehlung!

Solid Salesforce finance app

Finblick is a very well-built app for handling financial documents and accounting in Salesforce. It keeps the process close to the CRM data instead of pushing users into a separate finance tool. Quotes, orders, invoices, credit notes, and payment information are all easier to follow when they stay connected to the same business record. The UI is definitely a strong point. It feels familiar for Salesforce users, with clear pages, actions, and status flows. At the same time, the app covers many real finance needs, including branded document templates, tax handling, approvals, attachments, multi-currency and multi-tenancy support, DATEV export, bank integration, and even SEPA Direct Debit. The quoting functionality is also richer than I expected. Overall, Finblick feels like a polished and practical solution.

Efficient E-Invoicing & Outstanding Support

With Finblick, we automatically generate more than 3,000 e-invoices per month across Europe directly from Salesforce, including SEPA direct debit initiation and seamless transfer of all booking line items to DATEV. This automation has significantly increased the efficiency and reliability of our finance operations. During our most intense billing period between Christmas and New Year, the Finblick platform and team ensured that all invoices were issued on time - providing support during the holidays and even helping colleagues resolve not-Finblick related technical setup issues. In my 10+ years of scaling finance systems, I have rarely experienced such a high level of responsiveness and hands-on support.
