Orchid Connect

We worked with Orchid Connect on 2 SOWs/Initiatives in the last year, with excellent results. Our objective was to get their support with an initial build of a customer facing roster solution, but to be able to grow the solution and manage it on our own (without any development skillset) thereafter, and the end result was exactly what we asked for and within budget (excellent value for the work done). We had a small bump on the first initiative with one of their team members, but the good news is that the problem was professionally dealt with and things went better than expected thereafter. They aren't just out to make a buck, they took the time to show us how to use the tools they provided to make some of our own pages and changes, which has improved our own capabilities. They've exceeded expectations, when long after launch, their team proactively reached out about a possible issue due to a Salesforce release change. I don't say this often, but I highly recommend working with this vendor, so glad we did, and will continue to use them for future projects.
