Users can quickly further refine responses with simple prompts—rephrasing, expanding, or tailoring content for specific customers—without leaving the CRM. This free version helps teams accelerate proposal creation, improve accuracy, and significantly reduce manual effort. The paid version unlocks additional capabilities, including strategy alignment built into the agent, support for more RFP formats such as Excel and Word, automated quality checks on responses, pre-submission to ensure consistent, high-quality proposals.
