The Ortoo team has been amazing (shout-out to Sana, Saaiha, and Darren!), building custom solutions for us and being super available and responsive. Q-assign has been an essential tool for us to automate the assignment of contact records to users. The price is also more than fair!

Amazing Product and Team

From first meeting to 7 months down the round from going live with the product Sana and the rest of the Ortoo team have been nothing short of amazing to work with. Always active and available to us when we have needed them or have questions. Beyond the amazing benefits Ortoo has provided to our business which has allowed for faster and more accurate routing, we have also gotten a system in place to allows for fair distribution of tickets to the team. This has continued to allow us to evolve and grow the product as our business grows. The Ortoo team didn't just set us up and walk away they invested in us. It truly feels like a partnership were we constantly look at new enhancements as a fun forward thinking thing not something thats dreaded or only done because it needs to be.
