The missing piece, finally
This is absolutely a game changer and feels like we finally get the missing piece in the salesforce ecosystem. This solves the complex issue of system process don’t reflect human process. This gave us a third eye, shed light on what was before a guessing game, assumptions and simply a black box. Now we can see how our users are truly using the system, how it affecting our KPI and we can use the information to adjust, based on actual quantitative data, not just qualitative feedback as it used to be case. This take a little bit of understanding and familiarising with the tools to get the most out of it, but it user friendly, it’s within Salesforce and the enablement with Processity was phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Must have app for any BA or Solution architect
This truly is a game changer app - intuitive to use for any admins or BAs who have non-developer background yet give you an opportunity to explore the salesforce settings of your org in deps. By using this app I was able to find out shortfall of our current process and proposed our user for how to best utilize salesforce for their day to day job and added efficiency for their process. There are a lot to explore with this app and I cannot wait to find out more about our org by using this app!
