Agentforce added to Salesforce without additional licensing
The greatest part of installing this package was how it allowed us to implement Agentforce with our StoreConnect installation without any additional licences. We use Salesforce Sales EE, and we've been able to get Agentforce up and running just with this package and Salesforce Foundations entitlements - both of which were free. Since StoreConnect is built natively on Salesforce, the agent can access our product catalogue, pages, and articles to provide answers to enquiries, as well as customer accounts and orders for customer support. This makes it able to greatly reduce the number of hours from our team directly handling these enquiries
