Since getting Valo way back when the product first became available it has expanded tremendously. The important Salesforce things that we seem to forget to check back on (mainly because they take so much time) are effortlessly brought to the surface in vivid detail. We sometimes forget that even the smallest orgs are a forest of packages, connected apps and APIs living alongside our modest user count, but Valo keeps an eye on the ball for us and keeps security and technical debt in check by bringing the fringe to the surface. The UX is also a big plus with Valo - its fast, colorful and allows you drill-in for deeper investigations and actions. I monitor multiple orgs which Valo allows in a single instance making it very easy to traverse everything that I managing from a single location. We have saved loads of time and money on removing threats and curbing overages that Salesforce would have charged us for such as spikes in API usage, shadow Apps and lingering user and app connections.

I don’t get impressed with apps much, but I am very impressed with this one. It is the most comprehensive integration and connected app monitoring tool that I have found. Seeing a visual map of all connections in and out of the Org, by type, with a security score, as well as which are active is a huge time saver to know what is actually there. The insight alerts let you know when there’s unusaul activity, apps not using an integration user or spikes in API calls, all with an audit trial to document actions taken. You can also see all tokens across apps and revoke them in bulk. Putting all of this together in one place is a game changer, I highly recommend it.

I tried out the product and it already saved me a ton of time identifying overly permissive perm sets and profiles, not to mention vulnerable connected apps. The interactive Connection Graph makes it super easy to identify all inbound and outbound connections shared by various Salesforce orgs that you manage. You can revoke OAuth tokens, monitor API Usage, browse permissions and drill down into user-specific activities. I also love the AI-generated Insights which proactively monitor the orgs and alert you to potential vulnerabilities. It's a really well-designed UI too. Bravo!

We’ve been using Valo’s product almost from day one, and it has been especially valuable in the early stages of our Greenfield org project.
