Excellent Tool for File Integration!
It takes very little time to get this app up and running, and it's incredibly admin-friendly. The document integration is seamless, and the AI features are clearly well-thought-out and executed perfectly.
Easy way to use SharePoint with Agentforce
We're an existing customer of CloudFiles Document Management solution. We use it to integrate our Salesforce with SharePoint and automate folder creation for records. With Agentforce integration, we were able to extend our agents to look into SharePoint folders and quickly bring information to Salesforce. CloudFiles support was a breeze to work with.
