I don't believe we recognised value for the investment and follow up post the implementation was poor

Our experience with Kytec was very positive as they partnered with us to design, build, test and deploy our migration to Salesforce CRM in ~6 months. The deployment included a number of complex integrations with the net impact a ~50% uplift in productivity for our outbound team. I was impressed by the depth of SF expertise demonstrated by Kytec which was coupled with a resilient and consultative approach that augmented our team very well. We generated strong ROI on our engagement with Kytec and have already re-engaged them to take our CRM to the next level.

During the engagement we were provided with expert knowledge for Salesforce Experience cloud, Standard platform integrations & technical solutions.

Benedict was a relatively inexperienced CRM company but were very eager to progressive and realise the benefits of market growth and process improvements. After choosing Salesforce as the preferred solution. We conducted an evaluation of various Salesforce solution partners and engaged Kytec as they were an excellent fit for the SME market. This decision has proven to be an excellent partnership for Benedict. The Kytec and Benedict project team have successfully delivered Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Inbox and SMS Magic into our organisation. The team worked over multiple months to establish requirements, build the solution, comprehensively test, and implement these solutions with minimal issues. Kytec were 100% committed to delivering the solution to obtain 100% buy in from all of our users. They were constantly available and communicative throughout the whole project. Their "no problem too hard" attitude was commendable. Their strong industry best practice knowledge, positive attitude and collaborative style allowed us to make effective and quick decisions. There was a complicated data migration conducted to populate accounts, contacts and leads into Sales Cloud from multiple legacy sources. The Kytec team were extremely helpful in this challenging process. We now have 40 engaged and eager users from various parts of the organisation using our Salesforce products. Benedict plans to embed Salesforce further within the organisation by integrating with other applications, producing dashboards, reports and engaging multiple other resources from other parts of the business onto the platform. We are very excited to progress our Salesforce journey with Kytec our solution partners into the future.

Our experience with Kytec was excellent and I highly recommend them. Very professional engagement, pleasant to work with, knows Salesforce back to front, a lot fo patience when we were slow in providing info due to busy periods and always having our best interest at heart. We will continue with Kytec to finetune the solution to our needs as we learn more about they ways it works.
