Excellent Partners
I would (and have!) strongly recommend Sertus as Salesforce partners for other nonprofits. We partner with Sertus on specific, discrete projects - but mainly we work with them in an ongoing, supportive capacity. Their team is extremely responsive (we use shared slack, google docs, and email seamlessly and collaboratively!) and supportive at every turn. I have been developing and deepening my experience and skills as an administrator and Sertus has been a helpful thought partner with each challenge or question. Their super power is thoughtfulness. They take the time early in projects to fully understand before progressing. This super power also is deployed in regular, strategic feedback conversations. They listen, incorporate, and iterate feedback regularly. I have experienced them to have top notch project management, people skills, and the technical chops to execute the projects later. Highly recommend :)
