We found Kyle nearly 2 years ago to help us as needed with critical SF tasks. Kyle was able to assist with drafting how-to SOPs for some of our day to day needs in SF; Kyle built and fixed reports that were not pulling the information properly; worked to clean up work flows; helped repair dashboards that previous employees had created. Had regular check-ins with us to go over what was pending and what was completed. Kyle was thorough and always patient with me and jumped in quickly to assist with urgent requests. Kyle is great. I am so glad we found him! He communicates effectively and quickly, always solves our problems in the best way and teaches me how to do it. He always writes notes about what he has done and sends us detailed recordings and emails. He has helped with workflows, importing data, account cleanup, document generation, complex industry assignment rules, product tagging and organization, page design and workflows, and much more. We have been using his services for over a year now and will continue to do so. Very happy to say the least!
