The SAP Integration for Agentforce by Vigience Overcast solution allows organizations to integrate their Agents with on systems like: - SAP ECC - SAP S/4HANA On Premise - SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud - SAP Business One - Databases - Web services This allows Agentforce-users to get a true customer 360 view on all account data. Vigience Overcast has more than 150 out-of-the-box Actions that support processes like: - Customer 360, including SAP Sales Order, invoice and delivery history, credit status, actual vs. forecast and more. - Sales Order Management, including creation of orders in SAP. - SAP-Integrated CPQ - SAP-Integrated Field Service Via the Vigience Overcast tooling, customers can implement their own integrations as well. All integrations and Actions can run via MuleSoft.
