Overview

The "Salesforce to Filogix Expert Two Way Integration" solution was built in partnership with Finastra financial software company to let mortgage advisors create and submit client's applications from Salesforce to Filogix.

  • Application supports native Salesforce flow starting from Lead to Opportunity with submission of mortgage application to Filogix Expert as a final step.

  • The application mimics Filogix Expert UI and allows mortgage brokers to work comfortably with familiar interface

  • Pre-validation of mortgage application to meet Filogix Expert requirements for successful submission.

  • Automation to allow mortgage brokers and lenders to upload and share documents using secure form.

  • Capability to let mortgage brokers to sync updated in Filogix Expert mortgage application back to Salesforce.

In direct collaboration with Finastra and Canadian lender companies we’ve built an application which allows mortgage advisors to create, submit and pull back client's applications from Salesforce to Filogix Expert and vice versa, using secured API connections. The application mimics Filogix Expert UI and allows mortgage brokers to work comfortably with familiar interface and do not spend time on learning new tools. Recently Filogix released a new API version which supports Two Ways integration. This gives mortgage advisors additional capability to pull and sync updated in Filogix Expert mortgage application back to Salesforce.
