This was a run & maintain engagement and Digital Biz Tech did an awesome job of maintaining the system, addressing the issues, and adhering to the strict SLAs.
We hired Digital Biz Tech to setup the Multi level Approval process for Opportunities. Though we used standard Salesforce Approval process, there were specific requirements to modify the approvals were routed. Also, there was requirement to report where each of the opportunity resided in the approval cycle. It was custom report that we developed to our great satisfaction after our earlier experience where the consultant told that it cannot be done.
