Our scanning engine intercepts every file operation on ContentVersions and Attachments across your entire org, ensuring no malicious file goes undetected. Configure scan policies to match your security needs. Block encrypted files, restrict file extensions and MIME types, detect active content, and enforce file type validation. All with point-and-click configuration. Assign different scan profiles to different Salesforce user profiles. Apply stricter policies for external users while keeping internal workflows smooth. Threats are automatically quarantined, removed, or replaced. Admins and users are notified through customizable email templates. URLs are also scanned for phishing and malicious links. Every scan is fully logged with built-in dashboards for complete visibility.
