Brazen Group handled the design, implementation & enhancements of our Salesforce Project, which wasn't an easy undertaking and included integrations, automation, and community access. After this experience, I trust their team entirely.

The team at Brazen was great from start of project to finish. Brazen worked with us collaboratively to understand the solution within the context and history of our organization. Through this collaborative work, we were able to identify and come to an agreement on the solution and the roles each of us would play in completing this solution. In identifying each of our roles, we agreed on a timeline and also built in flexibility so we could handle any obstacles or new information that might have come up. Working across the timeline and meeting each of the checkpoints, Brazen delivered exactly as expected, in the timeframe agreed upon. Brazen also made sure that we had all the documentation and processes in place for a successful launch. This is the one of the best partners I have worked with.

The Brazen Group implemented Sales Cloud for us. They helped us understand and navigate through the processes of a Salesforce implementation with clarity and transparency. This project was major for us, so it was important to feel that they had experience. They excelled in organising the process in a coherent manner, and even guided us in choosing the right ISV to connect our email system with Sales Cloud. They took the right time and effort to understand our use cases and the specifics of our industry which then resulted in a smooth implementation, and allowed them to provide a few recommendations based on their experience & past projects.  In summary, our experience with Brazen Group was positive and constructive. We're keen to continue our partnership with them in the future as we explore additional functionalities.

I think we have a fairly complicated business structure that our salesforce team basically had to learn from the ground up to help build our platform. They did exceptional to understand what we needed and were there to hold our hands the whole way! Could not be more happy with the outcome of our salesforce website!
