Image Sorter for Salesforce streamlines Email to Case (E2C) management in Salesforce Service Cloud by automatically removing (i.e. deleting) unwanted & duplicate images (such as redundant email signature images like logos, social media icons, banners, etc.) from email attachments. Service agents save time by no longer sorting through multiple versions of the same files, allowing them to quickly locate essential attachments. Deleted images can be easily restored through Salesforce's standard recycle bin.
