The Data Cloud deliverable for JLP has been one of hte largest deployments within the business in 2025. From signing the contract of data cloud it was 7 weeks before the platform launched, a lot down to the skills amongst the team and knowledge & focus. It was launched as the central CDP and with great success in profitability, efficiencies and cost savings to the Partnership and one enabling customers to reap benefits from as well.

Our experience with CapGemini has stretched across Marketing & Data Cloud. Overall, the relationship has been a great one with a lot of value delivered through the successul launch of Marketing Cloud across 3 brands in the UK. The SFMC platform is adopted by >100 users and with each of them trained by the team. In a product approach, we successfully launched iteratively via adoption of Kanban with the team fully clear on the overall goals and roles to deliver. It was a huge success for JLP.

I have enjoyed a really heathy conversation of not just delivery partner (ask and they do) but a partner that is trying to support the build out of value cases and attaching these back to overall organisational strategy. Support to break down the asks to looking at the most valuable delivery not just the minimum vial product.
