After a highly successful previous engagements implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we partnered with Nomad again this time to explore a new frontier: intelligent AI agents on Agentforce. The goal was to design and build a proof of concept for our Wallet Membership Concierge Agent, capable of delivering contextual, automated support at scale.
