Myko makes Salesforce easier, smarter, and FUN

Myko is an outstanding tool for sellers, and it’s hard to see why anyone wouldn’t want to use it. The implementation team was extremely quick and efficient in setting it up and connecting it to our Salesforce objects and fields, even custom ones. Within just 10 weeks, we successfully rolled Myko out to more than 200 users. Despite the fact that many of these users were interacting with AI tools for the first time, adoption was great, with 95% of users stating they really liked using Myko .The tool improves the ease-of-use of Salesforce, leading to higher usage and - most importantly - enhances data compliance and overall data quality. The Myko team is a pleasure to work with. They are highly responsive, agile, and proactive when it comes to bug fixes and ongoing development. One area for potential improvement is data querying, particularly for users who have access to multiple territories and more complex data views (Like managers or key account managers). Overall, I can highly recommend Myko to any organization. It genuinely brings an element of fun to using Salesforce while driving higher system adoption and better data quality.
