Overall, we are satisfied with the work completed by the team. The project deliverables were completed, and the items included in the scope appear to be functioning as expected. Throughout the project, communication improved significantly. As we worked together, we developed a strong working relationship that made it easier to collaborate, discuss challenges, and find solutions efficiently. The team's responsiveness to feedback and willingness to work through issues was greatly appreciated, whether those issues stemmed from our limited knowledge of the Salesforce platform or the need to understand the unique ways our business operates. Their patience and commitment to finding solutions helped make the implementation process much smoother.
