We had an excellent experience using Rivot Digital on implementing Salesforce and the CPQ at our company. James came into our messy instance of Salesforce and helped us clean up and build it out to how we are using it today. He not only is very thorough and understands the Salesforce platform deeply, but was able to help us restructure it by bringing ideas and concepts to us from his real world business experiences.
