Kontechs has been a thorough and transparent partner from start to finish. Despite having to work with and around an unknown booking system, they took it in their stride and did everything they could to overcome the countless hurdles. Their communication was flawless and we felt very valued as a charity and felt like they really wanted to work with us for more reasons than just a number on their books.

Kontechs supported us through the design and implementation of a new Salesforce system to replace a legacy system. The discovery and design work was thorough and resulted in a flexible system that meets our operational and reporting needs. While there were some challenges during delivery, these were handled constructively and the support overall has been great. The system is already a significant improvement on our previous setup and staff feedback has been positive. Overall, we’re pleased with the outcome and the capability of the new system and the work Kontechs did for us.

We have had a great experience implementing Salesforce with Kontechs. The discovery process was very good and very thorough. Their communication was very good and we were kept informed of progress. The UAT was great and Seth and Sam were very helpful and responsive. We have now gone live and the support we are receiving is great. Yes. The team @ Kontechs have been amazing and have listened, understood and deployed a solution that will work for us as a scalable platform. This is our second time trying to implement Salesforce and our experience with Kontechs has been far superior than our 1st experience. The communication and transparency has been fantastic with no lag or delay in addressing urgent issues. We are live 1.5 weeks now and are very pleased with the progress to date. We have also just engaged Kontechs for stage 2 of this project - we also plan on a stage 3.
