Documate is a 100% native app allowing automated data import into predefined document templates. Any type of document – invoice, proposal, quote, contract, order, etc. - filled with accurate data for instant usage. Upload a .docx template of your document directly into Salesforce and mark the blanks with API names of the fields that need to be filled out. The app takes the data from those fields in Salesforce (lead name, product price, or anything else) and puts it into the document. You can then export a ready-to-use .docx / .pdf file, save it in the record, or set up a triggered event to decrease the time to a deal win!
