The Hardcover team is incredibly easy to work with and has deep, technical expertise. We worked with them in order to help set up a Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama). I especially appreciate the attention to detail during discovery and making sure our requirements were well aligned. Lastly, there was no shortage of opportunity to spend time together with the Hardcover team in order to understand the in's-and-out's of MCI. The team put a lot intentionality and time in making sure our internal team was fluent in MCI post-engagement and we can continue to support ourselves.

Without Hardcore we would not have been able to use MCI and get our project off the ground. They created a Slack group and are excellent communicators. I would highly recommend working with them if you are new to MCI!

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent work Hardcover did in restructuring our Datorama implementation for Regal Rexnord. The project, listed as “Implementation Project," concluded on or around 09/11/2024. Hardcover did a fantastic job not only in executing the project but also in providing comprehensive training and guidance. This has enabled us to maintain the new architecture effectively. The harmonization achieved with all the data streams we needed was remarkable and has significantly improved our data management and overall efficiency.

As our skillset in terms of data management and BI tools was very heterogeneous, they had a hard job in satisfying everybody's needs and not losing anybody's attention, and absolutely delivered. Our team underwent the MCI Data Visualisation course with Hardcover as we felt that our reporting dashboard were lacking in terms visual appeal and clarity in what information we were trying to present. During the course we have learned the core principals of approaching any data visualisation project as well as a number of very useful custom CSS code applications within Datorama / Marketing Cloud Intelligence to make our reporting dashboards look & operate considerably better. We were provided with detailed copies of all the materials we covered in the course which we still utilise for reference with current work to this day and were also given a number of highly useful online resources for aiding this sort of work. For us, we had members from both our London & APAC teams on the course so time zones were a consideration for us. Hardcover were very accommodating of our timing requirements so that we could all be in attendance while still being able to carry out our existing work commitments.

Really helpful Data Vis course!

This course has been massively helpful for our Analytics team as it took us through the fundamentals of Data Visualisation which was something we felt we were previously lacking in with our dashboard. We were given an introduction to implementing Custom CSS into widgets and taught how to best approach Data Vis projects going forward, which since in the short time since we did the course we're already making significant improvements in our existing dashboards!
