Our implementation is protracted and dragging on for months. Coaches still cannot use EPass for registration management which was the main goal of this project. This was targeted to be fully implemented in the fall and it is unusable by coaches. I am giving it the spring for Merrimack and the EPass team to work on this and bringing in a tech resource on my end to help as well to help which I was told I did not need so added $s for us to spend. If this is not successful, it will be a failed project and EPass will not have been a smart investment for us. I'll need to renegotiate for $ reduction to my contract if we are not able to make coaching dasboard work.
