Neil at Cloud Hikers was instrumental in helping us develop a marketing automation strategy and process. The goal was to better engage with leads generated through an integration with the Glenigan construction database. The Cloud Hikers Developer team built the integration between Glenigan and Salesforce, and Neil then helped us leverage the enriched lead data. We used this data to personalise our email programs for new construction project leads, which are created and updated three times a day by the integration. This project was a significant first step for us in scaling our personalised marketing content. We're excited to see the results over the coming months and are optimistic that this work will lead to a much larger sales pipeline.
