The Partner Application is an Agentforce application solution that enables an organization to build an Agentforce topic that can utilize Eightfold talent intelligence and make recommendations to end users on roles they may want to pursue, their skills and skill gaps, relevant open positions, and potential mentors at their organization. The Partner Application provides the the ability to get career path recommendations using agent actions: Show potential roles: recommended roles at the organization will be displayed, complete with a data visualization to inform them on a decision to make for their career path (including missing skills and recommended trainings). A user can click a call to action to review additional details in Eightfold. Surface open positions: a detailed breakdown of the current open positions at the organization is shown, complete with skill gap analysis. A user can click a call to action to review additional details in Eightfold. Recommend mentors: a list of employee names and titles will be displayed to the user.
