A good MP with decent UI and integrations. I do wish you could adjust subscriptions directly within the UI or one of the settings pages.

Solid app, excellent support and customer service

I am in the U.S. and installed this app for integration with Mailchimp. It works like a charm and the support is excellent. This is what I wrote to their team: "Despite being a continent away, you folks respond quickly ----- and you know what you're talking about. Needless to say, I'm impressed. One other thing, you're polite and helpful. Thanks for the support."

Great Overall Experience!

We have been using this app for a few months and we could not be happier. The setup was smooth and the guides were easy to follow. The majority of questions we had were solved by the FAQ or guides, but any questions outside of that were answered by the team very promptly. We are so pleased with the responses from the team, Ross & Barbara especially. This is a night and day difference to any other integrations apps we have dealt with before.

Fantastic Client Support

We have just configured this solution in our Org. The setup was smooth and we are confident it is going to do the job for our team. However, special recognition should be noted for the Support team! Barbara quickly identified a field type mismatch issue with our Data Wizard Job and provided resolution options. Moreover, Barbara went above and beyond by providing an excellent mapping recommendation (not related to our issue!) Finally, while closing the ticket, Barbara noted that our Org is for a non-profit and proactively secured a non-profit discount for us going forward. Best in class client service! We feel great about choosing this solution with Beaufort.

Very Robust with Great Service

The Beaufort team has made a wonderful app that is solidly built and does what it advertises. Almost more importantly than that, their customer service is second to none. VERY responsive and dedicated to getting any issues unblocked right away.

Such an improvement!

This new integration is so much better than the old native integration and it was so easy to set up. I am a Salesforce Partner and I have integrated Mailchimp with Salesforce 100s of times in the last 12 years. This new integration took me less than an hour, and the guidance was exceptional. I am not surprised as i love the Beaufort12 integration for Campaign Monitor and I know how great they are - especially with their customer service. But there was no need to get in touch as the whole process of upgrading was flawless. A+++++

Implemented for a Client... This is exactly as advertised

Comprehensive, excellent documentation. The team is very responsive, but there were not too many questions to ask since.. It just works as expected. Follow the setup guide, and create some automation if needed on top of what's provided (which is so much more than the standard automation and workarounds).

Reliable, Powerful, Flexible

This is hands-down the best Mailchimp–Salesforce integration available. Super easy to set up, with an amazing support and development team behind it. Sync is incredibly reliable, and the ability to integrate with Flows to send tags to Mailchimp is a gamechanger for managing subscribers. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Excellent MailChimp integration and support!

After using the integration app for a month we came upon a small bug that was causing us some troubles. After writing to the support and explaining the bug they had it fixed in a few days for us. They listen to their users and are lightning fast. In the current day and age I did not expect such a fast fix. Thank you Ross and the dev team of Beaufort 12, keep up the excellent job you are doing.

Makes Integration Between Salesforce & Mailchimp a Breeze

This app allows you to easily control the sync between Salesforce and Mailchimp. It takes care of updating the opt out field in Salesforce and you can sync leads or contacts using reports! This is a game changer compared to the free app. You will spend a lot less time figuring out how to sync data with this app. It also has invokable actions you can use in flows that gives you even more flexibility. Beaufort 12's support is also top notch, you have people who know Salesforce inside and out helping you instead of Mailchimp support. Thank you Beaufort for making this app and making our life easier!
