Response times very excellent. Solutions were recommended based on best practices. Work was completed in very short order and reasonable timelines. No project is ever smooth. The company I work for has very challenging hurdles. We have a strict firewall which inhibits collaboration and communication from 3rd party vendors. We're a large company with lots of stakeholders. It slows down projects. We had some pretty impossible deadlines as well. We had to transition to a new Salesforce instance with no backup. NONE. This was a decision made by the leadership. Cloudality overcame every restriction we threw at them, and we transitioned to our new instance without any major issues. We could not have made it through this transition without them.
