As an addictions charity, it was incredibly important for us to find a CRM provider that understood the complexity of our work, the sensitivity of our data, and the importance of creating systems that genuinely support frontline services. Working with Cimplify to develop our new Salesforce CRM has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The team at Cimplify took the time to understand our organisation, our referral pathways, reporting needs, safeguarding requirements, and the day-to-day realities of supporting vulnerable people affected by addiction. They were approachable, responsive, and solutions-focused throughout the entire project. Their communication and ongoing support have been fantastic, particularly during implementation and go-live.
