The ShiftUp application is a thorough platform through it's incredible AI driven capabilities can identify opportunities within your clients that you weren't aware of and provides a strategy, contacts, summaries, etc. What used to take days, weeks or months in gathering info about a client and opportunity or opportunities is done in minutes and with it's connectivity within SFDC, it's simple to manage. I would recommend for any enterprise team that is interested in leveraging that you assign a single person to do the initial allocation to sales reps to minimize adding additional actions your team must take however it's well worth it.

Their support team is extremely responsive ,questions and issues are addressed quickly, often faster than expected. What’s even more impressive is how engaged their product team is. They take customer feedback seriously and act on it. In fact, one of our feature requests was reviewed, prioritized, and implemented in less than a week. The installation process was straightforward and well documented. The onboarding materials and setup guidance were clear, which helped us get up and running quickly. Our sales team genuinely enjoys using the app, adoption has been natural rather than forced.
