Hands down the best app for forms and image collection on Salesforce

I generally don't leave a bunch of reviews on the AppExchange, but the quality and ease of use of SharinPix is insane! They have such a well-built product that we were able to get it set up and working for our new field tech inspection process in a matter of a week. If we had tried to cobble this together through flows and vibe coding, we likely couldn't have even come close to what it's able to do. SharinPix has essentially created a perfect, highly flexible and customizable solution that avoids the need for hundreds of fields and murdering your Salesforce storage. Their support team is also a shining star! Everyone at SharinPix has been amazing to work with and has gone far beyond anything I've ever experienced with any other software provider. They're willing to hop on calls and show you ways to make it even easier, they're literally just a Slack message away. We asked for some features we needed, and they were able to add them in less than two weeks as new product features. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their solution to anyone considering it. The great solution for field teams

The Forms by SharinPix app was a pleasant surprise. The team’s experience with image handling in Salesforce seems to play a big role, but with Forms they have taken it further. At its core, this is a strong field solution. It is flexible, easy to use, and still powerful. The visual features are probably what impressed me the most. Adding comments to photos, extracting text with AI, mapping objects, repeating sections for multiple items, and attaching many images within one form - that’s only part of what the app can do.

The ability to work offline and support mobile users, field technicians, and even external contractors makes it ideal for field operations. Setup is quick, and the AI features are a nice bonus for saving time in the field.

We used SharinPix Forms to build an inspection app for field technicians (who are often in areas with low internet-coverage) and it just worked. Easy to setup, it brings real added value, especially thanks to its practical features like Magic Fill which automatically extracts data from photos to fill fields, a real time-saver.
