Workbridge ConnectSMS is a powerful Salesforce-native app that integrates directly with Twilio to enable two-way SMS messaging from within the Salesforce platform. It allows users to send and receive text messages on standard and custom objects, including Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, and Cases. Messages are logged automatically to the appropriate record, providing a complete communication history. The app supports threaded conversations, ensuring context is preserved across interactions.
