This app contains a LWC component that can be dropped on Account or Opportunity Record Detail. At first the component only display weather data, depending of user localization or set up, but in backstage, it feeds a Monitoring table with the layout name and date of use. After few days/weeks, you will have a fine view of the layouts used or not in your organization, and so, can keep it clean.
