James (project manager) and Ramya (Datorama Engineer) made the most supportive and committed consultant team I have ever worked with.
We hired Decision Foundry to help us configure SFMC, integrate it with SFDC and build out some automations, a journey template and some email templates. The results were high quality and project management was competent and effective. There were a couple of communication hiccups but they were resolved quickly and we had some buffer time built in so the project deadline was met. Positive impacts of this project have been an increase in email marketing performance due to improved data quality, segmentation and engagement. I would hire them again for similar projects.

Strong project management and exceptional technical knowledge. This was my first time implementing Datorama, so in addition to Decision Foundry's ability to make sure the project was completed successfully and on time, they helped me make decisions when I didn't have experience to draw on.
