Working with Shujaa Consulting was such a delight. We brought them in to help us get our Salesforce instance to a level in which it works for our team, and improve it to better our fundraising. We met weekly so everyone could stay apprised of what was being worked on, where our business pain points were, and to evaluate if we needed to shift gears to a more urgent project. Everyone that we worked with at Shujaa was pleasant, funny, cheerful, kind, and intelligent when it comes to Salesforce for nonprofits (specifically NPSP).
Shujaa Consulting did a great job at listening to our needs, detailing an accurate scope of work, providing an accurate estimate of the cost of the work, and implementing according to the scope while staying in budget. Their team is personable to work with and really made us feel like they were looking out for the best interests of our program outcomes. We will continue to engage with them when needed. We are highly satisfied with their work.
Sarah and her team are not like most consultants, they take the time to get to know you and your business needs and then provide thought partnership as if it were their own business. For nonprofit customers, I'd say there is no better partner than Shujaa.
The Shujaa Team is well rounded. Sarah is a excellent project manager. She listens well and is able to present options that are customer focused. Carlos has a deep technical knowledge and is using that to develop solutions that are user friendly and sound. Together with the other team members, all they deliver is customer service focused and aims to make life easier for the user.
