We hired Harborcoat to design and implement a contract management solution for us. We needed to be able to generate invoices from within Salesforce opportunities, send them to customers, and track contract status. As a non-profit, the solution needed to be cost-conscious, so were pleased to learn that Harborcoat had experience with PDF Butler (a more affordable alternative to, e.g. DocuSign). Harborcoat successfully handled the complexity of our varied product offerings, generating different documents depending on what the customer ordered. We are very pleased with the final solution, which has significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of our contract management process!

We contracted with Harborcoat to develop an automation that could be triggered when closing an opportunity to create a new opportunity for the customer's renewal. We couldn't just clone the opportunity because the opportunities need to be modified (certain products need to be stripped out, the close date needs to be adjusted according to the end date of the products, etc.). We were very pleased with the project management and final solution! It allows us to create renewal opportunities with ease and better track where renewal opportunities are in the pipeline.

We contracted with Harborcoat to make a few enhancements to our Salesforce org. For example, they created a "Web Domain" field and an automation to populate it. When an employee enters a URL into the "Website" field, the automation strips the URL down to the web domain (e.g. https://example.domain.com/page1 gets converted to domain.com). This has been very useful for bulk contact uploads. We're now able to compare the domain in the "Web Domain" field with contact email addresses (since they're usually the same) in order to easily mass connect contacts with accounts. It was challenging to do this previously. We had a great experience working with them and are very happy with their work!

First Rate. They took a very challenging situation -- a legacy system with a very different data structure than Salesforce - and helped build a map that let us capture all of our important data, and not only that, but to improve and streamline that data. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Very highly recommended.
