We're working with DQE for 3 years. DQE is an excellent solution for sustainably improving data quality in Salesforce. It efficiently detects and manages wrong data, helping maintain a clean and reliable database on a daily basis. The integration is smooth and quick to set up and effective run, even with large data volumes. Beyond the product itself, the Customer Success and technical teams truly stand out: they are responsive, knowledgeable, and provide strong support throughout the entire process, from implementation to ongoing optimization. A solid solution that I would definitely recommend.

Cette application rend le traitement de ces problématiques encore plus simple et fluide grâce à son intégration à Salesforce et bien au delà : - règles de déduplication avancées - nettoyage automatique - monitoring et tableaux de bord - automatisation De plus, comme toute solution packagée, elle séduit par son caractère sécurisé et "validé par Salesforce", qui est toujours un avantage pour nos RRSI.

Great tool for Global Address Validation - Fast and easy to implement

We needed a tool to do address validation prior to sending out our Holiday Promotional Brochures. We do business in the US and EU, UK and it was able to validate our addresses for our customers directly in Salesforce which made it easy to share with our delivery partners. Ended up saving us money compared to all the mail that would've been returned by the post office. That and was able to correct a good chunk of our addresses to make them mailable. Would reccomend if you're doing any form of bulk mail, from what the sales rep told me they also do email and phone validation which could be useful for our text marketing campaigns. All in all decent tool and easy set-up with solid results.
