CitiriOS is an Owner Scope Management platform for operational readiness, activation, and transition. It helps owner/operators define, coordinate, measure, and prove the readiness work required to move a capital project from delivery into performant operations and realize intended benefits. Unlike PMIS, or generic work management systems, CitiriOS focuses on the owner’s operational state before opening day.
