A breath of fresh air
Having used ShiftExpert since 2014 (now end of life), we reviewed a variety of scheduling solutions and fell on 3B as our go to provider. Having already adopted 3B Onboarding, 3B Forms, 3B CLM and 3B Portals, we knew what to expect from the 3B team. 3B WFM has not failed to deliver and offers an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI, unlike many 'dated' other solutions we reviewed. Having gathered our requirements, the team set to work customising the solution to our needs and have been able to deliver all we have asked for. The product is highly customisable and supports a great variety of use cases, neatly utilising other functionality across the 3B product stack. I know we're not using half of the features available at the moment, and the road map shared with us is very exciting. We are safe in the knowledge that we have the potential to adapt and evolve our scheduling processes as our business needs change. 3B WFM has been a true breath of fresh air after working with a very static and non-customisable solution for the past 10 years.
