AI Voice Assistant Used for Racer Qualification!
We were able to set up both inbound and outbound Voice AI calls integrated directly with Salesforce. One of the most powerful features was the ability to have the AI assistant automatically call each racer, ask a consistent set of five questions, capture their responses, and tally the results directly in Salesforce. The responses could then be viewed and analyzed in real time through a Salesforce dashboard. By launching the outbound calls directly from a Salesforce Campaign, the entire process became highly scalable and productive—turning what would normally be a time-consuming manual outreach and data-entry effort into an automated Voice AI workflow.
